This appeal by the plaintiff is directed against the order, dated 17.09.2009, passed by the Principal District Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District in O.S.(SR).No.14886 of 2009 returning the plaint for presentation in proper Court.
After hearing the matter at length and while dictating the judgment, the learned counsel on record seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to the appellant to avail the remedies as available to it under law.
Accordingly, permission is granted with liberty as prayed for, and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
