ORDER:
This contempt case has been filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 04.11.2008 passed in W.P.No.26640 of 2006.
2. Notice before admission has been ordered on 05.08.2009. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the 3rd respondent. The direction given in the Writ Petition is that the 3rd respondent shall submit comments as called for by the respondents 1 and 2 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
4. In the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, it is stated that the necessary information has been transmitted to the Government of India on 25-8-2009 along with the comments. A copy of the proceedings dated 25.8.2009 has also been placed on record.
5. Sri Y.Karanam Lingeswara Rao, learned counsel representing Sri K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the proceedings dated 25.8.2009 issued by the third respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt case.
6. Recording the said submission, this contempt case is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
