JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the sole appellant herein died and his legal representatives are brought on record. However, he also submits that he got instructions from his clients to withdraw the appeal. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
Accordingly, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, permission is accorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
