O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to approve the revised lay out submitted by the third respondent on the ground that if the revised lay out is approved, he would not have the advantage of the road, which is in existence as per the previous lay out.
The first respondent, in the counter-affidavit, stated that inasmuch as the third respondent failed to produce no objection certificate from the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, sale deed and necessary link documents, his application for revised lay out was rejected.
When the first respondent rejected the application of the third respondent, the fear of the petitioner that the revised lay out may be approved is only an apprehension, but not a reality. In any event, since the petitioner claims that if any revision is made to the earlier lay out his rights be put in jeopardy, with a direction to the respondents not to consider any revision of lay out if any submitted by the third respondent, without giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
