Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents particularly Respondent NO.4 in not renewing the M.P.K.B.Y. (Mahila Pradan Kshetriya Bachat Yojana) Agency Authority No. 0977038 as per the orders of the 1st Respondent issued in Memo No. 8/A1/SS/206 dt. 2-6-2006 as illegal, void and opposed to Articles 14, 19, 21of the Constitution of India besides against principles of natural Justice and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to renew my agency of the petitioner, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
