ORDER:
This petition is filed by one of the members of the Osmania University Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited (Society) questioning the action of the first respondent in not approving the revised layout and the action of the second respondent in not granting sanction for construction of the house.
2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced Memo No.15280/M1/2004-8 dated 24.10.2006 in which the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued a direction to the Commissioner of second respondent Corporation to consider the issue of building permissions in the layout area of Osmania University Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Shaikpet village, Hyderabad, as per the lay out pattern existing on the ground (copy of which was enclosed to that memo), by collecting the necessary building permit fee/charges, proportionate cost of development charges (for the purpose of taking balance developmental works in the layout), proportionate cost of shortfall in open space.
3. In view thereof, with a direction to the second respondent to comply with the direction given by the Government in its Memo No.15280/M1/2004-8 dated 24.10.2006, this petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
