ORDER :
These appeals arise out of a suit filed for partition by the appellants against their father and a suit filed by Respondent No.1 for specific performance of a contract against the father of appellants.
Property in dispute is a house property. Parties have been litigating for the last more than 25 years. Respondent No.1 has not been able to settle the matter so far. As such, we find it to be a fit case to make an offer for amicable settlement and would require the presence of appellants, as well as, Respondent No.1, on the next date of hearing.
List on 1st December, 2004 at 2. 15 p.m.
