Order:
Questioning the action of the respondents in taking steps to terminate the services of the petitioners orally, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.
When the matter is taken up for admission, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that as on today there is no intention to terminate the services of the petitioners, and in case if the respondents intend to terminate the services of the petitioners, they will follow the procedure contemplated under law, and in view of that, no orders need be passed in this writ petition.
Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
