This writ petition was filed in the year 1998 seeking a declaration that the action of the respondents in denying the petitioner of admission into D.G.O. course for the academic year 1998-1999 as illegal and arbitrary. By efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
