ORDER:
Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.77, I & CAD (PW.Reforms) Department, dated 15.04.2006, whereunder the Government issued modifications to orders in G.O.Ms.No.94, I & CAD (PW.COD) Department, dated 01.07.2003, in respect of recovery of seigniorage charges.
Giving liberty to challenge the said Government Order, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. No costs.
