ORAL ORDER:
In this writ petition, the petitioners seek issuance of a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the first respondent in not considering and passing orders on the application of the petitioners for grant of affiliation to the second petitioner-college as illegal and arbitrary.
However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for parties that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the respondents have considered and passed orders and the same are also questioned by the petitioners in a separate writ petition.
In that view of the matter, the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
