Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent vide No.BYB/A/3/06-1 to 28, dated 29-122006, in the revenue records and consequently not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is the case of the petitioner that the A.P.Bhoodhan Board vide letter No.C/34/07, dated 08-03-2007, pursuant to the Government Memo No.401-B/83-1, dated 25-02-1983, resolved to allot land in Sy.No.148 of Deshmukhi village, Bhoodan Pochampally mandal, Nalgonda District for twenty eight individuals vide proceedings No.21101 to 21128. Vide proceedings No.21101, 0.20 guntas was allotted in favour of one Masunuri Venkatamohan Rao in Sy.No.148 and the petitioner was allotted an extent of Ac.3.20 guntas in the said Sy.No.148 of Deshmukhi village vide proceedings No.21106, but pattadar pass books, and title deeds have not been issued and therefore, petitioner made representations, dated

08-03-2007 and 18-07-2007, before the 2^nd respondent-Tahsildar, Bhoodan Pochampalli mandal, Nalgonda District, to implement the said allotment proceedings by issuing pattadar pass book and title deed.

4. I am not inclined to express any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, but however, it is stated that the said representations, dated 08-03-2007 and 18-07-2007, said to have been filed before the 2^nd respondent are pending.

5. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and dispose of the said representations in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
