ORDER:
The petitioner is the resident of Vizianagaram. He allegedly made representations to the official respondents alleging that third respondent has committed irregularities in managing the property admeasuring Acs.86.87 in survey No.125, TDS.No.20,950 belonging to Manchukonda Sriramulu Satram, Vizianagaram. When the same was not considered, he filed instant writ petition seeking a direction to second respondent, namely, the Assistant Commissioner, to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 14.03.2006.
It is brought to the notice of this Court that W.P.No.19974 of 2006 filed by the petitioner in respect of Sri Vimarsha Prakasa Visweshwara Swamywari Temple, Vizianagaram, was dismissed on 17.04.2007 with exemplary costs. Following the same, this writ petition is also dismissed. However, this Court makes no order as to costs.
