ORAL ORDER:
In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.50 Industries and Commerce (M.I) dated 17.3.1997, by which, the Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 framed under the Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957, were amended. However, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that subsequently, the said G.O. itself was kept in abeyance and was not implemented.
In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same may be recorded and liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the said G.O., if it is enforced at a subsequent date.
Placing the submission of the learned Government Pleader that G.O.Ms.No.50 dated 17.3.1997 is kept in abeyance on record, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the G.O., in case, it is brought into force and the petitioner is aggrieved.
No costs.
