It has been represented by Sri G. Vidyasgar, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that in view of the subsequent developments that have taken place such as the writ petitioner tendering resignation, withdrawing the same later on and thereafter the respondent-Signareni Collieries Company reappointing her as Staff Nurse Grade-C on 21-04-1999, the cause in the writ petition does not survive any further and it has become infructuous.
Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, but however without costs.
