ORAL ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the dealership of the petitioner was terminated following the due process of law and challenging the order of termination, the petitioner filed a fresh Writ Petition.
The said fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the subsequent event, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
