ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by Sri V.Jogayya Sarma, Advocate. Inasmuch as the said learned counsel unfortunately died subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, this Court by an order dated 05.07.2006 directed to issue notice to the petitioner. Accordingly, notice was served on the petitioner, but in spite of the same, today, when the matter is taken up neither the petitioner is present nor there is any appearance on his behalf to pursue this writ petition.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
