Order:
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent bank in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loan to be advanced to the members of the petitioner societies as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a similar batch of cases was dismissed by a learned single Judge of this Court in
W.P.Nos.8380 of 1996 and batch and the same has also been upheld by a Division Bench in A.P. Rythu Sangham V. Union of India[1] .
3. Following the ratio in the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
