The Managing Committee of the Toddy Tappers Vs The Proh. and Excise Superintendent

Tapers Co-operative Society, Macherla, Guntur district, questioning superseding orders passed under the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act. The former Office Bearers of the Society wants to file Writ petition against the said orders individually.

Therefore, the Writ Petitioner may be permitted to WITHDRAW the W.P.No. 5115/2006 with a liberty to file Writ Petition individual capacity. Therefore, the office may be directed to post the above W.P.No. 5115/2006 for WITHDRAWAL in Tomorrow’s Cause list i.e., 18-03-2006”

In view of the letter dated 17-03-2006, the writ petition is dismissed as ‘WITHDRAWN’ according permission to the members of the petitioner to file writ petitions afresh in the individual capacity, as sought. No costs.
