The writ petition is filed alleging harassment by the 3rd respondent at the instance of the 4th respondent viz., namely calling the petitioner to the Police Station, detaining her at the Police Station and forcing her to accept complicity in an offence of theft even without registering any crime against the petitioner.
The learned Government Pleader for Home has obtained instructions from the 3rd respondent and states that the 3rd respondent denies each and every allegation and that the said respondent has not called the petitioner to the police station ever and does not intend to call her in future either, without registering a crime.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied if the above submissions of the learned Government pleader for Home are recorded. Be it so recorded. The writ petition is dismissed as the writ petitioner does not dispute the assertions of the 3rd respondent. In the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs.
