Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in allotting private land belonging to the petitioner in S.No.74/2, situated at Padarupalli village, Nellore Rural Mandal, Nellore District as contrary to Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and in not considering the petitioner's representations for furnishing of documents required to get declared his title over the said land as arbitrary and illegal and contrary to the provisions Right to Information Act, 2005.
