Heard both sides.
Since admittedly, the elections were already held on 26.10.2005, the relief as sought for cannot be granted.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise a dispute in terms of Section 61(3) of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, if they so chooses. No costs.
