WRIT PETITION No.21620 of 2006
ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for award of contract under Tender Specification No.SPMPT-80/06-07 and alleging that the respondents are negotiating with other tenderers selectively with a view to award the contract to them. Those tenderers are not made parties to the Writ Petition. Therefore, on 18.10.2006 the matter was adjourned to enable the learned Counsel for the petitioners to implead all the parties who might be affected by any decision in this Writ Petition. No application has been filed to implead such necessary parties.
When the case is called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioners is absent and there is no representation. The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed for default/non-prosecution. No costs.
