People’s Educational Society, Pithapuram, filed the list of members of governing body before respondent No.2 for being recorded in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001. Respondent No.2 by an endorsement dated 12-04-2006 informed the petitioner-society as under.

It is hereby informed that the List of Governing Body submitted in the reference 1^st cited has not been taken into record and kept under L.O. basing on the instructions given by the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps in the reference 2^nd cited and till the disposal of suit among the rival claimants in the reference 3^rd cited.

In reference entry No.3 above, respondent No.2 refers to W.P.No.15486 of 2005, which has already been disposed of by this Court by order dated 17-04-2006. Presumably for the reason that the said order of this Court was not before respondent No.2, the impugned endorsement was issued. Therefore, this Court observes that the petitioner-society should approach respondent No.2 again by producing a copy of the order dated 17-04-2006 in W.P.No.15486 of 2005, whereupon respondent No.2 would take necessary action in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

The writ petition, with the above observations, is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
