This writ petition has been filed questioning the proceedings dated 16-09-1994, issued by the second respondent, disputing the fixation of pay.
2. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and also the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent college
submitted that the petitioner has resigned from service on 24-07-2004 and the same has also been accepted by the Governing Council of the college; hence the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
