ORDER:
The eight petitioners assail the notice issued by the Joint Collector-II, Ranga Reddy District, whereby and whereunder the Joint Collector entertained suo motu revision under Section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (the Act, for brevity) and while doing so suspended the proceedings of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Serilingampalli (MRO), dated 01.12.2005 granting mutation to the petitioners in respect of the land in survey No.78 admeasuring Acs.40.00 situated at Hafeezpet Village of Serilingampalli Mandal in Ranga Reddy District. In a related and connected writ petition being W.P.No.15711 of 2006, this Court while declining to interfere at the stage of notice and while setting aside the proceedings of the Joint Collector insofar as it suspends proceedings of MRO, disposed of the writ petition on 01.8.2006, directing to pass final orders within a period of six weeks. The reasons and other observations made therein shall form part of this order and this writ petition is also disposed of in similar terms. No costs.
