ORDER:
Heard the Counsel on record.
It is stated that the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner dated 12-12004 questioning the determination order of the 2nd respondent in G.O.Ms.No.370, Industries & Commerce (M.III) Department, dated 31-12-2003 is pending on the file of the 1st respondent. The relief
prayed for in the Writ Petition is praying for a direction for disposal of the said Revision Petition. Several other factual details had been narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.
Inasmuch as it is stated that the Revision Petition dated 12-1-2004 is pending before the 1st respondent for sufficiently a long time, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Writ Petition can be disposed of with the following direction. The 1st respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner dated 12-1-2004 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
