THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI
Civil Revision Petition No.2667 of 2000
ORDER:
The learned counsel for the revision petitioner had filed a letter before the Registry stating to the effect that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the CRP as the matter between the parties has been amicably settled. In the said letter, it is also requested to list the matter under the caption For withdrawal’. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption For Withdrawal’.
The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present and seeks permission to withdraw the revision.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
