Petition under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and grounds filed herein in support thereof the High Court may be pleased to quash the Crime No. 269 of 2005 on the file of the Women’s Police Station, C.C.S. Nampally, Hyderabad.
The Petition coming on for orders as to admission upon perusing the Petition and memo of grounds filed herein and the orders of High court dated 17-05-2005, 07-06-2005 & 16-06-2005 and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T.S.
