Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order declaring the action of the Respondent for got issuance of Gazette Notifications in From-V, VII and VIIA gazetted at Chittoor District on 14-2-2005 proposing to auction the property plot bearing No. 81 situated in Sy.No. 87-1E, to an extent of 282 Sq. yards situated at Basnikonda Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District and declare the same as arbitrary, contrary to law and against the provisions of Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act.
