Both the counsel fairly conceded that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.2346 of 2004 dated 10-02-2004.
Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a representation ventilating his grievance to the respondents within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months thereafter. No order as to costs.
