ORDER:
Challenging the memo No. 21666/Estt.1/2001, dated 22.9.2001, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
It is stated that in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner was continued in service till he died on 17.2.2003. Therefore, there is no lis to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay all the terminal benefits of the petitioner to his legal heirs, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
