Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in summoning the petitioner to Police Station and keeping the petitioner in lock-up and threatening to pay the money to 5th respondent as arbitrary, illegal and without authority or law and consequently direct the 1st Respondent not to summon the petitioner to Police Station and not to interfere with civil disputes between the petitioner and 5th Respondent.
