ORAL ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo, dated 31.7.2005 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition by reserving his right of filing such writ petition in case the respondents failed to comply with the oral undertaking given by them.
Permission is accorded.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file such writ petition afresh if he so chooses. No order as to costs.
