ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in deciding to award the catering, care taking and house keeping contracts in favour of the third respondent herein, pursuant to the notification dated 05.06.2005 is arbitrary and illegal.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel
appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
Learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent-Bank has taken a decision not to award the contract to any person in pursuance of the tender notification dated 05.06.2005 and decided to issue fresh tender notification calling for necessary applications and therefore, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
