ORDER:
The only grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the third respondent is calling them to the police station and harassing them in connection with a civil dispute without due process of law. The third respondent filed detailed counter affidavit denying the averments of the affidavit and stating that he never received any
complaint against the petitioners and he never interfered or harassed the petitioners in connection with any civil dispute.
Recording the above submissions of the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
