ORDER:
The Manager, (under suspension pending enquiry) employed with the A.P.S.R.T.C has filed the writ petition assailing the charge memos issued by the respondentemployer seeking their invalidation and direction to the employer to furnish the petitioner all documents as were sought by him in his representations dated 12.04.2004, 06.05.2004 and 14.07.2004.
By this application the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with a view to urge all factual and legal objections to the initiation and continuation of the departmental proceedings before the Enquiry Officer and the respondent-employer in appropriate proceedings therein, he seeks liberty to raise all objections as have been urged in this writ petition in the departmental proceedings.
In view of the submissions and the averments in this application, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty preserved in the petitioner to urge all contentions that he desires to urge in the departmental proceedings.
