Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction, declaring the action of the first respondent in not acting upon the representations dt 11-4-2001 2.2.2002 and 10-4-2002 of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary by directing the first respondent to forthwith act upon the representation of the petitioner without entertaining the claims of third Parties and by further directing the 2nd respondent not to entertain the claim of third parties in respect of Special term Deposit made in the joint names of Petitioner and first respondent vide Deposit Receipt No. SD A/33 513423 dt 28-4-1997 and award costs.
