Challenging the impugned proceedings, dated 04-05-2005, issued by the 2nd respondent, transferring the petitioner from in-charge Principal to the Trained Graduate Teacher at Uppalapadu, this Writ Petition has been preferred.
2. It is stated that in pursuance of the impugned proceedings, dated 04-05-2005, the petitioner gave a joining report on 13-05-2005 and that there is no lis to be decided and the cause in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
