No. 25 of 2004 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Repalle, Guntur District to 2nd Metropolitan Magistrate, East and North, L. B. Nagar, Cyberabad.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dated 25-04-2005 and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K. Rathangapani Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following
