These contempt Cases coming on for hearing upon perusing the Cases and the affidavits filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated: 30-06-2005 made in CC. No. 358 of 2005 and dated: 08-12-2004, 31-012005, 09-03-2005 made in CC. No. 1594 of 2004 and upon hearing the arguments of the above mentioned counsel, the Court made the following

“Respondents 2 and 3 in C.C. No. 358 of 2005 have appeared before this Court. On behalf of the Respondent No. 1, C.A. No. 597 of 2005 is filed stating that on account of his suffering from various ailments and old age, he is unable to appear before this Court and a prayer is made to dispense with his presence.

The appearance of respondent No. 1 in C.C. No. 358 of 2005 is dispensed with until further orders.

The learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to file counter-affidavit within ten days. Post on 09-08-2005. Respondents 2 and 3 in CC. No. 358 of 2005 shall appear before this Court on that date”.
