Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the order Dt.11/08/1994 passed in MP.No.41/1993 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal Cum Labour Court, Warangal and quash the same by holding it as illegal and arbitrary and further declaring that the petitioner is entitled to be paid Rs.38,547/- with interest at 12% per annum as claimed in MP.No.41/1993 and he is also entitled to be paid wages as per the standard scheduled rates as fixed by the District Collector from time to time and pass such other order.
