Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order declaring the action of the Commercial Tax Officer-I, Tirupathi, the respondent herein, in not acting upon G.O.Ms.No.162, Revenue (CT.II) Department, dated 3-4-2002, the Circular CCT's Ref.No.All (1)/2199/2002, dated 9-12-2002 and in particular the Circular CCT's Ref.No.AJ(1)/1599/2003, dated 30-10-2003 of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and passing orders in respect of assessment years 1995-96, 1996-97 and 1997-98 relating to the petitioner as illegal and direct the respondent to forthwith pass appropriate orders thereon.
