Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or Writs order or direction to call for the record pertaining to the order dt. 5-8-2004 passed in O.P.NO.6 of 2001 on the file of Court of Junior Civil Judge (Election Tribunal) Dhone Kurnool District and quash the same by declaring it to be illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
