Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus: (i) declaring the Memo No. DEE/EHT/I &SS/CHG/ADM/C2/D.No.498/A/94 dated 18.6.94 as illegal and arbitrary; (ii) directing the respondents to release the increments due to the petitioner from 1.4.80 onwards; (iii) directing the respondents to revise the pay scales of the petitioner in the revised pay scales which come into force from 1.7.86 and 1.7.1990 duly taking into account the increments due from 1980. (iv) to compute and payment of arrears of amounts due to the petitioner consequent on there-fixation and release of increments with interest; (v) and grant such further relief or reliefs .
