ORAL ORDER:
The petitioner is contending that he is entitled for salary for the period from 21-09-2001 to 06-12-2001. But the second respondent is not passing any orders for the release of the salary for the above period, therefore, he made representations on 21-09-2001, 06-12-2001 and 08-08-2004. Since the second respondent did not pass any orders on those representations, the petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on those representations.
2 . In the light of the circumstances explained by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner regarding his entitlement for salary for the period from 21-09-2001 to 06-12-2001 and the payment thereof, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
