Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus : a) Directing the respondents to furnish all the particulars with regard to the students who have been admitted into category C,D & E in the 4th respondent institution for the academic year 2004-05; b) Declaring the Andhra Pradesh Un-aided Minority
Professional Courses) Rules 2004 rules promulgated through G.O.Ms. No. 217 dated 23.07.2004 will not have application for the academic year 2004-05 or in the alternative, will not have effect on the admissions regulated by the NTR University of Health Sciences between 07.07.2004 and 25.07.2004 in accordance with the rules which were holding the filed earlier thereto; c) Direct the 4th respondent college to conduct admissions into D & E category seats for the academic years 2004-05 strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms. No. 185 dated 30.06.2004.
