Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to and in connection with the impugned proceedings dated 29-07-2003 issued by the respondent in his L.R.No.File No. 18545/2000-INC and declare the consequential inaction of not considering the representations and appeals of the petitioner institution for inclusion of its name to impart Nursing training under the Indian Nursing Council Act in the Notification as bad, illegal, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 15, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contravening principles of natural justice.
