Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, order, direction more particularly a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners and pay her the time scale applicable to the post of Junior Assistant with effect from the date of filing of this WP and grant all consequential benefits that will accrue on that basis.

The Court made the following:
ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is working as a daily wage Section Writer in the 2nd respondentCorporation since 1992. She made representations to the 1st respondent to consider her case for regular appointment in the existing vacancies.
The grievance of the petitioner is that 1st respondent is not considering her request for regular appointment in the existing vacancies. Therefore, she approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider her case for regular appointment.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are three vacancies in the 2nd respondent-Corporation. Unless her case is considered for regularization, she will suffer huge loss and injustice will be done to her.
In the light of the repeated representations made by the petitioner, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 14-42003, 27-9-2003 and 18-4-2004, made by the petitioner, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
