Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 herein allot the house site to an extent of 500 Sq. Yards in open space in the approved layout in L.P. No.468/79 at Revenue Employees Colony to the 3rd respondent herein through G.O.Ms. No.301 M.A., dt.26-6-2002 as illegal, arbitrary, capricious, unconstitutional and violative of G.O.Ms. No.72 M.A., dt.20-2-2002 and set aside the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to make any constructions in the park in the approved layout in L.P.No.468/79.
